Every layer of a SteylFall™ home is made for South African conditions — giving you a structurally sound tiny home engineered for salt air, hard sun and hard rain.
01 · Structure
The SteylFall™ frame is aluminium. The full shell is 100% pure Hulamin aluminium — a coastal-grade skeleton that cannot rust, host mould or mildew, and never needs re-painting. Hulamin material warranties apply.
02 · Floor
Choose the floor system that suits your site. All three are strong, bounce-resistant and modular — finished with premium Aqua Click products for a hard-wearing, water-resistant luxury interior.
03 · Roof & Walls
Roof panels come with 100–150 mm Isowall insulation; exterior walls 75 mm. The result is a whisper-quiet, thermally stable interior wrapped in zinc-alum-coated Chromadek. Rockwool insulation available on request. Isowall warranties apply.
04 · Finishes
Doors, windows and cornice finishes are all in powder-coated aluminium. Illuminated cornices cast a warm glow; track lighting is an available option. Every unit has a luxury shower and kitchenette.
05 · Doors & Windows
Top-tier aluminium doors and windows to a 3–5 star specification. Aluminium security shutters let the light in while keeping the world out — and add another layer of sound and climate control.
06 · Off-Grid Living with Automation
Every SteylFall™ home can be run entirely off-grid on state-of-the-art Flexopower inverters and solar panels. Somfy motorisation drives blinds, awnings and home automation — in silence. Full standard solar options also available.

Yes. We integrate Flexopower inverter and solar systems, with Somfy automation for lighting, blinds and louvres — every unit can be specified as off-grid ready.
Hulamin material warranties apply to the aluminium shell. Somfy and Flexopower systems carry their own manufacturer warranties, which we pass through directly to the owner.
