The Lineage
A quiet evolution.
SteylFall Living began where Exclusive & Ideal Awnings left off. For over thirty years, our parent company has clad South African homes and businesses in coastal-grade aluminium — awnings, louvres, shutters and blinds trusted from the Cape shoreline to the Highveld.
Along the way we learnt what aluminium can truly do. How it survives salt. How it wraps a space in silence. How, when it's engineered with intention, it can carry an entire architecture.
SteylFall Living is that architecture. A tiny home range built from the ground up in the same materials — Hulamin aluminium, Chromadek, Isowall, Somfy, Flexopower — with the same obsession for finish, and a designer's eye for how a room should feel at seven in the morning.

Our design and fabrication workshop sits alongside our parent company, Exclusive & Ideal Awnings, in Pretoria — where every unit is built, finished and quality-checked before it travels to your site.
