The Lineage
A quiet evolution.
SteylFall™ Living began where Exclusive & Ideal Awnings left off. For four decades, our parent company has manufactured awnings, louvres, shutters and blinds for South African homes and businesses — trusted from the Cape shoreline to the Highveld.
That history matters. It means every weld, finish and installation detail carries the knowledge of a family business that has survived and refined its craft in the South African climate for more than forty years.
Along the way we learnt what aluminium can truly do. How it survives salt. How it wraps a space in silence. How, when it's engineered with intention, it can carry an entire architecture.
SteylFall™ Living is that architecture. A tiny home range built in South Africa from the ground up in the same materials — by the same suppliers, with the same obsession for finish, and a designer's eye for how a room should feel at all times.
Where We're Made
Built in Pretoria, South Africa.
Our design and fabrication workshop sits alongside our parent company, Exclusive & Ideal Awnings, in Pretoria — where every frame is cut, every panel is fitted, and every unit is quality-checked before it leaves for your site. Locally made, with materials and trades sourced from South African suppliers.
